Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using awsdeepracerleague, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately.

These terms apply to all users of awsdeepracerleague, including free-tier users, paid subscribers, and API integrators. Use of any feature constitutes acceptance of the current version of these terms.

Permitted Use

You may use awsdeepracerleague to generate, edit, and download AI images and videos for personal or commercial purposes within the scope of your plan. Reselling raw API access or scraping the platform programmatically without written permission is prohibited.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you generate. You must not use the AI photo generator, face swap AI, or any other tool on awsdeepracerleague to create content that is defamatory, sexually explicit without consent, or intended to deceive.

Generating images of real individuals without their consent, especially using the face swap AI feature, may violate applicable laws. awsdeepracerleague reserves the right to suspend accounts found in violation without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

All images and videos you generate on awsdeepracerleague are owned by you, subject to your plan's commercial licence terms. awsdeepracerleague retains ownership of the underlying model weights, UI, and platform infrastructure.

Limitation of Liability

awsdeepracerleague provides the platform on an 'as-is' basis. We do not guarantee that generated outputs will meet specific quality thresholds for every use case.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, awsdeepracerleague shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of revenue or reputational harm.

Third-Party Services

awsdeepracerleague integrates with third-party platforms including Canva and Adobe Express. Those integrations are governed by the respective third party's terms. awsdeepracerleague is not responsible for third-party service interruptions.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify awsdeepracerleague immediately at info@awsdeepracerleague.in if you suspect unauthorised access.

Your Rights

You may request account deletion at any time. Upon deletion, your stored prompts and generated assets are removed from our servers within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Changes to Terms

awsdeepracerleague may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Last updated: 2026.
